If you believe your item to be faulty please email us or use the contact form here on the website to notify us within 3 days of receiving your item. We will then contact you to discuss refund or exchange.
Postage is only refunded in instances where the entire order is returned. It will need to be dispatched back to us within 30 days of receiving it.
If for any reason you change your mind please contact us to let us know the reason. You will need to do this within 14 days of receiving the order. You then have an additional 14 days to return it to us.
Providing everything is returned in its original packaging and is suitable for resale you will receive a full refund (minus postage costs).
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
